- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself a lot of headache and just go to Albany instead. These people will treat you like a deadbeat over a $50 billing dispute while making thousands in insurance billing off of you. Most of the staff (with the exception of the some of the infusion nurses and the appointment manager) are extremely rude and talk down to patients. It seems like they're busy enough with new patients that they don't care about actually providing quality care to existing patients. The billing manager is also very good at violating patient privacy... started discussing another patient's bills and treatment with me after I identified myself by full name and birth date. Pretty serious violation, and makes me wonder who she has accidentally shared my information with! They also seem to think being one and a half hours behind schedule is acceptable.January 10, 2017by Thomas Badera
